Inspired to the Anglo-Saxon trend of meal planning, Russell Hobbs has realized MaxiCook, the new line of appliances (steamer, grill, rice cooker and slow cooker) that – thanks to their big capacity – allow to cook large quantity of food in order to get lunch or dinner ready for a week. The 3 tier digital steamer is designed to allow that different levels of food are steamed at once: the product presents 10.5 liters capacity, digital timer and Turbo Steam function that generates steam to fast-track cooking times. Besides, it’s equipped with a rice bowl and a flavour infuser.
Thanks to the curved design, the grill allows to drain the grease in 2 integrated trays and in its wide cooking area (55 cm x 27 cm / 1480 cm²) it is possible to cook for friends and family or to batch the food for the week ahead. In addition, the grill presents variable temperature control and non-stick surface.
The rice cooker has a big 5 liters volume bowl, that can cook up to 14 cups of rice. The product features the keep warm function: once the rice cooking has finished, the appliance will automatically enter into “keep warm” mode, in which the rice cooker will maintain a sufficient heat to keep the rice temperature as it needs to be. The internal non-stick pot is removable for easy cleaning and the rice cooker also includes a basket for the steam cooking. Finally, the 6 liters slow cooker makes up to eight portions in just one pot: it presents digital timer with programmable start and 3 heat settings (high, low and keep warm).
