Elemaster Group launched its new training project “Academy”, done together with its partner Gestlabs. During three dedicated sessions (from June to October), the personnel without technical experience in electronics will be trained to become autonomous operators ready for the market of work. For all graduates, a one-year contract at Elemaster Group will follow, to foster individual participant’s aptitude and motivation and make them grow professionally. “Another important milestone of Elemaster Group’s training Orienteering path has been set – said Giuseppe Baldacchino, Elemaster Group HR Manager –.
