Vending is increasingly opening up to the use of contactless payment technologies aimed at different types of users. In response to this need, Repa (a European distributor of spare parts for catering equipment, coffee, vending machines, and household appliances) has unveiled a specific range of payment systems that includes brands such as Coges, CPI, Nayax, Paytech, and Roesler, to expand the offering with new models. The electronic payment systems that replace the use of coins are ready to install on vending machines of different types and allow payments to be made with smartphones, credit cards or key selectors.
The introduction of payment systems enriches the range of spare parts offered by Repa for the repair of all machines: vending machines, superautomatics, OCS, water filtration and distribution devices.
Tailored solutions
The service and spare parts supply strategy is also evolving. Repa recently unveiled its tailored solutions for OEM partners, which allow vending manufacturers to focus on the design and sale of machines by outsourcing the management and distribution of spare parts to Repa, allowing them to benefit from lower inventory costs, highly advanced logistics operations, a global sales network and numerous distribution centers around the world for timely delivery of spare parts. At the same time, the various partnerships give vending operators access to an ever-widening range of original spare parts for any repair.
