The matt black finish is common to the three new ovens of AEG’s Matt Black line. The SteamCrisp 7000 series model (BSE778380T), in addition to allowing steam cooking by precisely regulating humidity, is also equipped with a pyrolytic cleaning system. This technology is also present in the AssistedCooking 8000 series oven (BPE748380T), characterized by pre-set programs. User simply has to insert the food into the appliance and select the desired cooking mode: the product will automatically optimize temperature and time. The third new model is the 9000 SteamPro oven (BSE798380T) with a temperature probe which guarantees precise cooking by measuring the internal temperature of the food. The touch controls and the EXCite touch display are intuitive: they allow to choose cooking settings quickly and provide information during the process. This model is the most advanced oven in the range and stands out for its Steamify function, which automatically adjusts the temperature and ideal steam percentage for each dish. Besides, among the available programs, there are SousVide and the cycle to regenerate cooked food with steam.
