The brand has created different versions, characterised by different materials and finishes. One example is Meringue, a matte glazed white ceramic bowl. It has a look and feel that recalls the movement of whisks that whip egg whites. It is suitable for all Artisan stand mixers from 4.3 to 4.8 litres and is dishwasher safe. It can also be used in the microwave, oven and freezer as it is made of titanium-reinforced ceramic.
The Bare Trees bowl, on the other hand, has decorations inspired by winter and snow. This model is also made of titanium-reinforced ceramic and is suitable for all Artisan stand mixers from 4.3 to 4.8 litres. A further proposal is Spring Leaves which recalls the texture of leaves. It features an aqua green colour and a matt finish.
Another version is the Blossom bowl in hammered copper. The material and finish are designed not only to last, but also to “change” over time. In fact, the bowl can have different aspects: the user can keep it shiny or can let the metal take on an aged look. The patina created on copper varies according to pressure, use and personal pH.
