Haier expands its range of products for the refrigeration and presents two new appliances: the 90 Series 7 side-by-side and the 2D 60 Series 7 combined model. These products achieve high energy efficiency classes to offer consumers tools to better preserve food and at the same time not waste energy. This is not an insignificant aspect for devices that remain constantly on.
In addition, the two new models have specialized areas to ensures longer food freshness. Depending on the type, the drawers guarantee precise humidity control and temperature variation as needed. The brand also offers the possibility to connect the two appliances to the hOn app: this allows access to additional functions to maximize performance.

Energy efficiency and large capacity
The 90 Series 7 side-by-side offers a large storage space (90 cm wide) and a capacity of 616 liters. It is in class A and allows user to store a large quantity of food in an orderly manner, guaranteeing up to 59% less energy consumption compared to traditional class E models. The appliance preserves the freshness of food thanks to specialized areas. The Humidity Zone drawer, for example, is equipped with the Humidity Control System (HCS): thanks to a vegetable fiber membrane that maintains 90% humidity, it prolongs the freshness of fruit and vegetables, avoiding condensation and keeping the nutritional content intact. In addition, the appliance has anti-tipping shelves and Daylight, the backlit column that lights up gradually to facilitate the replenishment or searching for products in every corner of the cavity.
The 2D 60 Serie 7 model, on the other hand, boasts class A-20%. Inside, in addition to Humidity Zone, there is My Zone, the drawer with variable temperature. Besides, food is stored in a sanitized environment thanks to T-ABT technology that eliminates up to 99.99% of bacteria from the refrigerator’s airflow and maintains the original flavors.
A high level of customization with the hOn app
Finally, Haier solutions allow for a high level of customization thanks to the hOn app. For example, the Proactive Temperature function adjusts the temperature based on individual habits, outside weather conditions and purchases thanks to geolocation. Advanced Drink Assistant, on the other hand, is the function for serving drinks at the ideal temperature: users can select the drink and the app will set the most suitable cooling time, also based on the container and the starting temperature. Finally, with Smart Storage, users can manage the inventory, create personalized shopping lists and keep track of food expiration dates.
