Fanuc is looking for 10 human resources to be integrated in the new location in Lainate, near Milan, within the next few months. The required profiles are candidates who have a recent degree or a diploma and who intend to begin a career in robotics and industrial automation. The ideal candidates must have a technical education, preferably a degree or a diploma in Engineering, IT, Electronics, Electrotechnics or Electromechanics, possibly with experience in the reference sector. The research is also extended to commercial roles in the automotive and robotics industries.
The first experience in the company for young people concerns a path that integrates traditional training and training on the job. The training also includes a period of coaching/training on the job oriented to the knowledge of the product, of its application in different markets and of the type of customers. The lessons in the classroom with the teachers are in fact integrated by a period of support from the most expert figures, who will accompany the new hires in the work activities that will see them progressively assume an ever greater degree of autonomy. To all this is added the possibility of gaining experience in the European branches of Fanuc (Fanuc Academy Center) and, for some figures, also in the headquarters at Oshino Mura, in Japan. “In this moment of profound transformation of the Italian productive reality, training young people with the necessary skills for the Industry 4.0 is fundamental – comments Marco Ghirardello, Managing Director of Fanuc Italy -.
