As part of the Franciacorta Award, a prestigious recognition celebrating entrepreneurship, generational continuity, and social commitment, Oldrati Group announced that Vanni Oldrati and the entire Oldrati family will be honored at the 2025 Franciacorta National Award.

Three awards will be presented during the ceremony: Vanni Oldrati will receive the Nobile Franciacorta Award for his outstanding contribution to the business world. Manuel, Attilio, and Diego Oldrati will be honored with the Business Legacy Award for their ongoing commitment to generational transition and the evolution of the Group. The third generation, Giorgia and Enrico Oldrati, will receive the Special Franciacorta Award in recognition of their efforts in carrying forward new challenges and ambitions in line with the family’s history and tradition.

Vanni Oldrati’s journey began in the 1960s in the so-called Rubber Valley, between the provinces of Bergamo and Brescia. In 1964, he founded Oldrati Guarnizioni Industriali, a small company born with great ideas, ambitions, and potential. In 1977, a major fire put the company to the test—a challenge that Vanni transformed into an opportunity by launching the first integrated production processes and diversifying the product range, making innovation the key to growth.

In 1991, with the entry of his sons Manuel, Diego, and Devid Attilio into the company, the Oldrati Group was officially established. Since then, innovation and growth have never stopped. The Group has achieved numerous milestones, from international expansion with sites in Slovakia, Turkey, Brazil, and the UK, to joint ventures in Eastern Europe and Asia. The launch of Oldrati Ogreen, the first high-performance regenerated rubber, further demonstrates the Group’s vision and global outlook.

In 2024, the Oldrati Group celebrates its 60th anniversary, an occasion not only for reflecting on its historical journey but also for reaffirming its commitment to innovation and sustainability—values that have always been at the heart of the company’s vision. 2024 also marks the achievement of the Gender Equality Certification, underscoring the Group’s ongoing dedication to social responsibility by fostering a corporate culture based on respect and individual empowerment.

Today, the Oldrati Group continues to showcase family continuity, with Giorgia and Enrico representing the third generation and strengthening the success of a family business deeply rooted in innovation and sustainability, while adapting to a rapidly evolving world.

With people at the heart of its values, Vanni Oldrati goes beyond business: employees are not only the company’s driving force but are also considered part of the family, reflecting the Group’s deep connection to the local community. From the very beginning, the company has integrated entire families into its workforce, fostering a respectful and inclusive work environment.

Since 2016, through a collaboration with the A Mano a Mano cooperative, the Group has supported the professional inclusion of people with disabilities, providing them with training and employment opportunities. Actively engaged in supporting schools, religious institutions, and local communities, Vanni Oldrati’s commitment extends far beyond the company: he has promoted numerous charitable initiatives in Brazil, India, and Africa, also supporting international NGOs such as Save the Children.

His dedication was particularly evident during the COVID-19 emergency, when, with an innovative and compassionate approach, the Group donated over 10,000 Charlotte valves to Italian hospitals—an ingenious solution that transformed snorkeling masks into life-saving devices for intensive care units.

With these recognitions, the Oldrati Group reaffirms its commitment to innovation, sustainability, and social responsibility, staying true to its founding family values while looking to the future with confidence and ambition.
