Alper is an innovative and dynamic company. In over 30 years of experience in manufacturing of ultra-thin PET and carbon ink film resistances, Alper have experienced in very transversal sectors, spacing between automotive till perfecting also in the household appliances, knowing the needs and the priorities of the clients.
Alper offers to the industry the best solution for a “soft” warming surface heating, temperatures up to about 90°C continuously. These heating elements are produced through Printed Electronics using the additive screen-printing process, which consists in printing a special carbon paste on a PET support in different layouts. This means that the production process of Alper Printed Heaters is environmentally friendly, as it does not involve any production waste that is harmful to humans and the environment.
The Alper polyester resistances are extremely thin, starts from about 0.2 mm. In the household appliances sector, where the aesthetic is very important, Alper technologies “hide” in the closest spaces without loose in efficiency. Carbon PET Resistances are used as cup warmers for coffee machines, as anticondensation system for kitchen cooker hoods, hot tops (food warming and leavening), yoghurt and chocolate making appliances, antifreeze resistances for freezer doors, etc.
The continuous search for new carbon resistive mixtures allows Alper to make the production process very flexible, managing to produce practically any type of voltage and wattage combination required on the same surface. This allows the company to satisfy every need in terms of ultra-thin electric heaters. In addition, the carbon technology allows to make changes of about + or -20% of the resistive levels without changing in layout and therefore saving on the cost of equipment.
Alper printed heaters meet the strict standards set by European regulations, guaranteeing safety, reliability and optimal performance. Beyond adhering to these guidelines, our heaters have also received UL approval, an essential certification for entering the United States and Canadian markets. This milestone highlights our dedication to providing high-quality and certified solutions for a variety of applications.
